We have known Lucia since September of 2007 when we interviewed and hired her to be our nanny, looking after our two children who were then 4 and 6 years old. Lucia is an extremely intelligent and creative individual. She has a very good sense of people and she is able to quickly understand how to simply and efficiently make things work in a variety of situations.  Her knowledge of effective child care strategies is top notch, as is her ability to listen to and understand parents' needs in relation to their children's care. Should we ever require a nanny in the future, we would trust Lucia and Toronto's Yorkville Nannies to help us find the right person for our family.
